Jauhari Ismail, Principal Consultant

A results-oriented digital transformation leader with over 20 years of experience driving significant financial and operational improvements for major organizations like Maybank, Petronas, and Amway. Proven expertise in Agile and DevOps methodologies, consistently delivering accelerated project timelines (up to 30%), cost reductions (up to 30%), and substantial productivity gains (up to 5x). Passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation and build high-performing teams, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions, including a digital marketplace generating an estimated RM1 million in monthly savings. Recognized for contributions to the Agile community through publications, speaking engagements, and the development of innovative methodologies.

Tasha Kamaruddin, Managing Consultant

Tasha is an accomplished leader in branding, digital and sustainability communication. With a passion for purpose-driven brand strategies, Tasha has built a reputation for her keen ability to drive innovative branding and digital strategies.

She holds a degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Social Science from Oxford Brookes University, UK, as well as a Master’s degree in International Business & Finance from the University of Westminster, UK.

In the early days of her career as a Senior Brand Manager at Nestlé Group, Tasha played an instrumental role in shaping brand strategy and execution for leading products. Her expertise and business acumen propelled her to an international stint at Nestlé’s headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland, where she further strengthened her skills in global branding strategy.

Tasha earned her reputation as a dynamic strategist and leader as she undertook three pivotal roles at Ipsos Group, overseeing Marketing & Communications, Business Development, and Client Organisation. She managed key clients, including Nestlé, Bank Negara, and several Malaysian ministries, while also playing a crucial part in the strategic development of Ipsos’ brand growth and in strengthening its core brand value.

A testament to her astute leadership, Tasha was named Sunway’s first-ever Chief Brand Strategy Officer to lead Group Brand Marketing and Communications, comprising an extensive portfolio of Sustainability, Brand Communications, Corporate Responsibility and the Jeffrey Cheah Foundation.

In today’s increasingly digital landscape, Tasha emphasises the power of cross-channel communication by aligning Sunway Group’s PR, social media internal communication, and engagement strategies under a unified brand voice that ensures consistency, authenticity and impact across local and global markets.

Tasha's wealth of experience includes her longstanding tenure with the British Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (BMCC) as executive director and board member. Tasha is first female deputy chair of BMCC, a position she still holds.
